Prices
Transparent guide prices for SEND navigation, EHCP/EOTAS support and psychological assessment. Every case is different, so final fees are confirmed after triage. The free 15-minute consultation is designed to help identify the most appropriate pathway before committing to paid work.
NavigateSEND currently offers psychological assessments with educational and/or occupational recommendations. We do not yet offer clinical diagnosis, clinical neuropsychology, medical opinion or therapy. Where clinical, neuropsychological or medical input is required, we will explain this clearly and signpost or work alongside appropriately qualified professionals.

School-funded support and Pupil Premium access route
Some families may need psychological assessment or psychological advocacy but cannot self-fund. NavigateSEND can accept referrals directly from schools where the school wishes to commission assessment, consultation or planning support for a pupil. Standard school referrals are charged at the published rate. Where the school confirms that the work is funded from Pupil Premium and is linked to identification, planning or provision for a disadvantaged pupil, NavigateSEND can offer a 50% discounted rate on eligible psychological advocacy and planning work.
This is a school-commissioned route. Pupil Premium should not be presented as a personal budget or direct family subsidy. The school remains responsible for deciding whether the referral is an appropriate use of its Pupil Premium strategy and for keeping records of the rationale, intended outcomes and impact.
